When you decide to use our design service, we'll guide you through "Mod Quiz" which is a series of questions to understand your style preferences and clothing needs. Our stylists, supported by cutting-edge AI technology, will then handpick the perfect options tailored to your body and taste, presenting them in a personalized package suggestion. You'll have the freedom to explore and choose from our carefully curated packages within the time limit given, selecting all or a specific number of items that resonate with you.

This design process typically takes our team 24-48 hours to finalize from receiving your order, after which we'll upload our recommendations to your personal account, allowing you to make your selections at your convenience.

Shipping and Returns:

Once you've confirmed your perfect wardrobe selection by submitting your order, we'll swiftly process it for delivery to your doorstep. Then comes the exciting part – trying on your new apparel to see how they fit your style. Should any item not meet your expectations, no worries! You have a generous 14-day window to return any or all of the package to us hassle-free. Simply send back the merchandise, and we'll take care of the rest, ensuring your returns are processed efficiently and to your satisfaction.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping services across Canada, and we're diligently working towards expanding our reach globally, beginning with shipments to other parts of the world.

Fees: 

Our fee structure is transparent and straightforward. Upon submitting your design order, a $50 charge is applied to your cart for our design fee. Once the payment is done we'll start to get your curated package ready for you. It's that simple!

This fee is non refundable and is to pay our designers who put in the hours to pick your dream apparel for you.

Who can buy from SISUMOD:

At SISUMOD, anyone can make a purchase. However, you must be at least 16 years old to purchase for yourself. Our website welcomes purchases from all genders. We're diligently working to introduce a children's segment to our selections. If you'd like to stay updated on this addition, simply provide us with your email, and we'll notify you once it's available.

What size clothing do you carry?

We currently offer women’s sizes 0-24W & XS-3X, and men’s sizes S-3XL. Our Kids offering includes sizes 2T-14. We’re always working to increase our range of sizes so that we can deliver great selections to more clients.

What brands do you carry?

We currently offer a wide selection of popular mainstream brands and are dedicated to expanding our range even further. Keep an eye out for the introduction of high-end fashion brands in the near future, as we'll announce their addition once they're available. In line with our social responsibility efforts, we're committed to collaborating with new brands and local producers that meet our quality and design standards. We take pride in promoting local brands and fostering a harmonious blend of unique designs from smaller brands alongside well-known mainstream labels.
